Even before the January 2010 earthquake, the need for life-saving aid in Haiti, the poorest nation in our hemisphere, was great. Now, although relief efforts have moved out of the news spotlight, the Haitian people continue to rely upon outside help to not only rebuild infrastructure, but also restore hope.
Following the earthquake, Scattering Resources hand-delivered urgently needed supplies to families in Port-au-Prince and Jacmel. Now, it continues to collect needed items in the U.S. and partner with aid agencies on the ground in Haiti to distribute them. Our efforts directly and immediately impact children and families.
